At Takeda, I worked on the Marketing Operations team serving as the main point of contact for any fulfillment needs across 5 BU’s. I managed Takeda’s promotional material ordering portal which included fulfilling orders for our print vendor, approving exception orders, and supporting requests from marketers and reps. To create a centralized resource for everything fulfillment related, I redesigned and optimized our SharePoint page, which resulted in 50% more site visits and helped streamline communication. I compiled detailed reports on marketing material usage and identified trends in utilization Yoy, allowing me to identify cost saving opportunities for several brand teams.

Client Marketing Campaign Project

This was a school project in Vietnam for a Publicis client in Asia. I led my team to build a detailed launch plan and digital strategy for marketing a new product, which included market evaluation, research on Gen Z, mockups of digital campaigns, social media and influencer strategies. We pitched our plan to Publicis and the client, and were ranked #1 out of 6 teams.
At Keurig Dr. Pepper, I was a part of the digital marketing team working mainly in organic SEO. My main responsibility was owning and managing the “content hub” on Keurig.com’s website. This involved conducting keyword research, creating content briefs, and building each blog article using a CMS. Some of my bigger projects included conducting an in-depth analysis of homepage performance, as well as their product Category Landing Pages performance. I used tools like Google Analytics and Fullstory to identify why and when user bounced the site, and then offered data-driven recommendations to implement. My suggestions led to an A/B test being conducted to test its performance. Additionally, each month I created an “SEO Scorecard” to highlight Keurig’s organic SEO performance and draw insights on what is working & what we can improve on.

At Monster, I worked mainly under the Marketing Operations VP, where I engaged in a rotational program working with the following teams: Field Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Event Marketing, Point of Sale, and Consumer Engagement. One of my main projects that I worked on throughout my summer internship was creating an event tracker to organize domestic Monster Energy events by category, brand, and geographic location to deploy across departments, which improved planning decisions and resource allocation. I also worked with the Partnership Marketing team to create PowerPoint decks for partners like UFC and Bellator as well as a collegiate specific event calendars to identify and track new promotional opportunities at colleges. Working with Consumer Engagement gave me the chance to get hands-on experience in the field and hand out Monsters to people in Newport Beach, CA.

I coached long jump and triple jump athletes at Tesoro High School, leading the team to League Championships for two consecutive seasons. I designed and implemented weekly training programs for 15-20 athletes and demonstrated drills during daily practices to optimize team performance at track practice. Additionally, I managed tryouts and taught new jumpers fundamental running jumping form to set them up for success and prevent injury.
